How to Cancel an Order?
If you have booked a service through Assistor, you can cancel directly by contacting our website or logging into your account. Once a cancellation request is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the user’s bank account.
Kindly note that cancellation of a chosen service will only be approved at least 5 hours before the scheduled time for performance of service. The refund will not be issued if the cancellation request is after that time period.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The customer had opted for a service that was then canceled at least 5 hours before the scheduled time for performance of service.
- Our service provider was unable to reach the client on time.
